Exchange & Return Policy

To ensure a complete and satisfying furniture shopping experience, we offer easy options to return or exchange products in the following cases:


1. 14 Days - Manufacturing defect or product damage

If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged:

  • The customer has the right to return the product and receive a full refund, or
  • exchange it for a new product of the same type, color, and price as the returned item.
  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Returns do not apply to damage caused by misuse of the product.
  • The product must be kept in its original condition, and no parts or accessories should be thrown away.
  • The product will be collected from the customer’s address by our delivery partner within 48 hours. At the same time, based on the customer’s choice, we will either:
    • deliver the replacement product, or
    • process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


2. 3 Days - Customer Change Mind

If the product does not meet the customer’s needs or expectations, you may request a return or exchange, within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • For returns: the customer will receive a full refund using the same payment method used when placing the order.
    • Note: If the customer’s location is outside Riyadh, the shipping cost for the product will be deducted, and the product price will be refunded in full.
  • For exchanges: the customer may exchange the product for another item from the same category, and any price difference will be either paid by the customer or refunded to them.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Products that are damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
